We at Jashvi, believes & understand that shipping is the critical part of the business preposition.We are committed to deliver the ordered products to the right customers at the right time, so you can set aside all your apprehensions and avail our services without any reluctance.
Due to the intricate and unique nature of the ethnic products available on our website, we take great pains & provide you with a well-established delivery mechanism that ensures the products ordered by you reaches without any defect, damage or quality-issues.
Delivery
Jashvi delivers globally and assures the use of the best possible transport/courier agencies to deliver your product/s.
Jashvi, will not be liable for delays resulting from incomplete address listings. In such cases the customer will have to bear the reshipping charges as well.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charge as per actual for Domestic & international orders. Once order is ready for dispatch, customer will be notified through e-mail regarding courier charges. Same will have to be paid by the customer before dispatch. Courier receipt will be shared with the customer.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Payments
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders to be paid at the time of delivery to our courier partner or as advised by our courier partner.
COD facility is not available for International orders.
Shipment Time
We dispatch the goods only after receiving the payment in our Bank Account or via any of our designated modes for receipt of payment.
For International Orders, you can easily pay through your Debit/Credit cards as well as Paypal. You can use Paypal/CC Avenue option to make payment through your Credit card also without creating any Paypal/CC Avenue account.
You can also pay through Bank Transfer or Western Union Money transfer .
Shipping charges are automatically added to your order at the time of checkout.
The time for Delivery of the goods may vary according to the location.Delivery time is 3-10 days for Domestic orders & it is 7-21 days for International orders.
Our Prime Shipping partner is Fedex, but at times we ship our products via DHL, Fedex, Arihant, Aramex etc. Our International Shipments are also connected via these Delivery Partners.
Jashvi does not ship to any PO Boxes or APO addresses.
NOTE: These days are merely indicative and your order could be shipped prior to or later than the mentioned date depending on the availability, customization and other factors attached to your order. The order dispatch time and shipping time varies from product to product.
International Orders are dispatched as soon as all the products in your order are ready with us. We don’t dispatch incomplete orders.
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
Our delivery partners are authorized to deposit duties on behalf of the customer and the customer can then directly clear these with the delivery partners on receiving the packet.
Cancellation requests are accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order.
As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.
Transit Risk
All orders dispatched by Jashvi are fully insured at no extra cost to the customers.
Shipping Address
Jashvi does not deliver to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses. Customers are requested to provide full addresses with the postal code.
Jashvi will not be liable for delays resulting from incomplete address listings. In such cases the customer will have to bear the reshipping charges.
Change of Shipping Address
The customer can change the shipping address within 24 hours of placing an order by logging into Jashvi.com and going to the ‘My Account’ section on the top right corner of the website or mailing the details at support@jashvi.com. No changes in the shipping address will be entertained after 24 hours of placing the order.
Delay in Delivery
If there is a delay in delivery caused due to any natural calamity, public holiday or any other unforeseen circumstance, Jashvi shall not refund, return, replace or exchange any order.
In case the delay in shipping is caused due to unavailability of stock Jashvi shall inform you by email and you will be able to choose an alternate product, opt for store credit or receive a refund for that product.
NOTE:
All products shall be shipped from India.
Billing Address refers to the address where a customer receives credit card bills.
Shipping address refers to the address where the order has to be delivered.
Custom Duty: In international orders custom duty/charges may be applicable as per country of import's custom department.
